Mitva uses certain user information including first and last name, birth date, e-mail address, language preference, member number and Mitva Club membership (if applicable), and may track service activity participation, conversations and invites sent within the Mitva application. MITVA takes the data security and data privacy of its members seriously and only uses your information for the specific application unless you have provided additional information to MITVA through other means. MyMITVA

MyMITVA permits authorized users to report member information and other statistical reports of their respective Mitva Club to MITVA. Certain member information including first and last name, address, city, state, country, postal code, phone number, e-mail address, birth date, gender, spouse information, occupation, language preference, member number and Mitva Club membership (if applicable), join date, sponsor name, drop date/reason, awards earned, positions held and other Lions-related information may be transferred to and from MITVA through the MyMITVA application. MITVA takes the data security and data privacy of its members seriously and only uses your information for the specific purposes of membership administration and support unless a member has provided additional information to MITVA through other means, which may be utilized to improve a member’s experience. Any use of this application must be in compliance with the local laws and regulations that the user may be subject to, and must protect and maintain any privacy rights a data subject is entitled to. MITVA Donor Services

MITVAF Donor Services uses certain donor information including name, address, city, state, country, postal code, amount of donation, honor of acknowledgement name, special occasion address, honor of acknowledgement address, donation recipient name and address, award recipient name, and award recipient ship to address. Any information provided to MITVA must be provided in a manner that is consistent with local data privacy and data security laws and regulations. MITVA only uses the data provided for purposes of distributing acknowledgments and recognitions, along with statistical documentation of donations and recognitions made, unless a donor has provided additional information to MITVA through other means, which may be utilized to improve a member’s experience. We will never sell or share your Personal Data, including but not limited to donor information collected online or offline, with any unrelated third parties. Registration

The convention and housing registration application uses certain personal information including name, address, city, state, country, postal code, country, email and phone number, and may use travel information including housing arrival and departure information and fees paid. MITVA only uses registration information to register attendees for the convention and to provide a name badge unless a member has provided additional information to MITVA through other means, which may be utilized to improve each individual experience.
